Refund & Cancellation Policy – St Rose Car Rental Services (St Lucia)

Cancellation Policy

a. Standard Cancellations

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up are non-refundable.

b. No-Show Policy

• Failure to collect the vehicle at the agreed time and location without prior notice will be treated as a no-show.
• No-shows are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

a. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Cancellation within the eligible time frame
• Booking errors charged by the company
• Vehicle unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances

b. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before pick-up)
• No-shows
• Early return of the vehicle
• Violation of rental terms and conditions

c. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• The time taken for funds to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Booking Modifications

• Customers may request changes to their booking (dates, times, vehicle type) at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
• Price adjustments may apply depending on the modification.
• Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.

4. Early Return Policy

• If the vehicle is returned earlier than scheduled, no refund will be issued for unused rental days.
• In exceptional cases, partial credit may be considered at management discretion.

5. Cancellation by St Rose Car Rental Services

We reserve the right to cancel a booking under the following circumstances:

• Vehicle unavailability due to maintenance or prior commitments
• Suspected fraud or invalid documentation
• Events beyond our control (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.)

In such cases, customers will be offered:

• A full refund, or
• An alternative vehicle, subject to availability

6. Force Majeure

St Rose Car Rental Services shall not be held liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Flight cancellations or travel disruptions

Refunds in such cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Payment Disputes

• • Any disputes regarding payments or refunds must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.
• • We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating chargebacks.
